Submission of a Booking Form will confirm the owner/s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and their desire to progress with the booking.

Cancelations must be notified to Wag ‘n’ Walk within 24 hours of our first meeting or 14 days prior to the booking, whichever is first. If a cancelation on the day of the service occurs a 50% deposit of the agreed total will be payable by the owner.

All dog/s must be up to date with their vaccinations, worming, tick and flea treatments. You must provide the vaccination booklet at the start of each board. You further agree to deliver your dog in a clean condition.

All dog/s must be microchipped and the microchip number must be supplied to Wag ‘n’ walk if required.

In the event of any emergency if I am unable to proceed with the board I will endeavor to transfer the board to your emergency contact. I reserve the right at my discretion to cancel the booking and refund your deposit without any liability to Wag ‘n’ Walk.

Wag ‘n’ Walk are unable to accept dogs with aggression problems towards other dogs or people and subject to the terms of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

I am happy to accept bookings for unspayed bitches, however if you believe your dog is due into season during her board you must inform me at the time of booking.

I will accept entire males, providing they are not aggressive towards other dogs.

You agree to supply enough food for the duration of your dog/s board plus water and food bowls, bedding, lead, collar and any toys which will help your dog to settle. If insufficient food is supplied at the start of the board you agree to refund Wag ‘n’ Walks costs incurred purchasing more food.

If your dog causes any damage to my home, other than reasonable tear and wear, you agree to reimburse any reasonable cost incurred in the event.

If you collect your dog/s before the confirmed end date of the board you will not receive a refund and will be charged the full amount of your dog/s stay.

You agree that if in extreme cases any dog/s is found to be destructive, aggressive, completely unmanageable in the home or highly anti-social I can refuse to board your dog/s for the remainder of the stay. Wag ‘n’ Walk will have no option but to contact you or your emergency contact. Your emergency contact will be expected to provide alternative care or arrangements will be made to kennel your dog at your cost. Remember Wag ‘n’ Walk do not believe in kenneling but not all dogs are suitable for home boarding. Aggressive or destructive dogs will not be welcome back to stay.

If your dog/s becomes unwell or has an accident during his board I will take him/her to a Veterinary Surgery. You agree to be responsible for payment of veterinary fees incurred upon your return. I do recommend that your dog is insured against sickness, accident, injury and third party liability prior to the start of the board. The booking form gives me authorization to take your dog/s to the Vet's if necessary, whilst also confirming you will either reimburse Wag ‘n Walk any fees or pay the Veterinary Surgery directly, which-ever applies.

Although I make every effort to ensure your dog/s is cared for to a high standard, Wag ‘n’ Walk cannot be liable for loss, injury or death to your dog/s.

Photos taken of your dog/s during the board will be the property of Wag ‘n’ Walk and may be shared on my website and social media sites. Should you not wish for your dog/s photos to be shared please let me know. Please note no details of your dog/s will be given out, the security of your dog/s is paramount.

You are required to complete a full and honest boarding questionnaire and agree to the terms and conditions. Failure to on your part to disclose any matter whether material fact or not, which might render your dog unsuitable for boarding with Wag ‘n’ Walk or to use this home boarding service will amount to the breach of conditions and termination of your dog/s stay without refund.
