How do I get my 10% off my first walk?

Simply reccomend me to a friend, once they have confirmed and payed for a walk you will be awarded with 10% off an hour Individual walk.

What areas do you cover?

Waterlooville, Crookhorn, Purbrook, Havant, Cosham, Leigh Park, Bedhampton, Widley, Emsworth, Cowplain, Horndean, Drayton, Hilsea, and Portsmouth. If you live in an area not mentioned, Please feel free to call, text or e-mail me.

How can I pay?

Wag 'n' walk accept Cash, cheques or BACS, Reciepts will be given if required.

What happens in an emergency?

In the unlikely event of an emergency, I will immediately call and notify you. If veterinary assistance is needed then I will take your dog/s to your named vet or, depending on the urgency of the situation, to the nearest possible surgery.

What if my dog dosen't get on with other dogs?

Wag 'n' walk only walk sociable and non-aggressive dogs on group walks. However, Individual walks can be arranged so your dog still gets out and about!

Do you only walk spayed or neutered dogs?

In group walks, Yes. However, Individual walks can be arranged if your dog/s hasn't been spayed or neutered yet. Bitches in season will also be walked indvidually with no other dog from the same household unless told to do so.

Do I have to book walks in advance?

Individual walks can be pre-arranged 2 weeks in advance on a regular basis. Last minute walks can be arranged but please give at least 24 hours notice.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, my insurance covers me for Public Liability up to £3,000,000, Professional Indemnity, Loss/Theft of Keys, Care, Custody and Control of Animals and Custodial Responsibility.

Do you walk dogs off lead?

Yes, all dogs walked off lead will have a good recall. On lead walks are avaiable.
